This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team that manages a diverse national property portfolio.About the Role:As the Leasing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a large and varied lease portfolio. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate leasing data, supporting compliance and audit activities, and providing high-quality customer service to internal teams and external stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence and the delivery of high-quality property management services.Key Responsibilities:Assist the leasing team with the daily operations of the property portfolio, including rent rolls and lease performanceMaintain accurate and consistent leasing data across internal systems and databasesVerify lease details across multiple documents and platformsSupport financial functions such as invoice reviews, lease adjustments, and record managementAssist with reporting activities, including audits, reconciliations, and data validationLiaise with landlords, agents, clients, and internal stakeholders to support leasing outcomesContribute to process improvements and best practice initiativesAttend meetings and support the teams business objectives as requiredKey Requirements:Existing Assistant Agent ACT real estate certificate or interstate equivalent (mandatory)Experience in a leasing or property administration role, ideally within facilities, property, or project management sectorsDemonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and stakeholder engagementHigh attention to detail and strong numeracy skillsExcellent organisational and data management abilitiesProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of computer literacyKnowledge of WHS requirements and working within defined compliance frameworksFirst Nations candidates are highly encouraged to apply for this role.Apply today if this sounds like an interesting opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
