As theTeam Leader Logistics Control Tower, youll play a pivotal role in the strategic development of our Logistics Control Tower functions.What You''ll BringDegree level qualification or a lesser qualification coupled with extensive experience in distribution operationsYoull be an experienced logistics leader with a strong background in supply chain planning, freight operations, and distribution centre management. Your will have previous experience with project managementparticularly in large-scale construction and maintenance environments. You bring a strategic mindset and a passion for process optimisation, backed by hands-on experience with advanced logistics systems as well as SAP experience, particularly within the Warehouse Management (WM) module.What sets you apart is your ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes. Youre an exceptional communicator and negotiator, with proven stakeholder management skills that allow you to engage confidently with senior leaders, project teams, and external partners.
