Our Victorian operation consists of a fleet based in Metro Melbourne with several other depots across the state.About the role:Reporting to the Retail Manager, this role requires a hands-on approach.We are looking for a Site Manager who enjoys motivating and inspiring others, is highly organised, enthusiastic, has a strong work ethic, loves customer service, and leads by example.This role involves merchandising and stock rotation, requiring physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged periods on your feet.Responsibilities include all aspects of the sites efficient operation, such as:Operating the consoleCustomer serviceStore administration including daily reports, cash handling, banking, and reconciliationFuel monitoring, dips, and meter readingsStocktaking and reconciliationEmployee recruitment, training, and mentoringEnsuring smooth store operationsLiaising with suppliers and the Corporate Services TeamDriving profitability and minimizing costs, expenses, and wasteOrganising employee rostersAbout you:To succeed, you should have:At least 3 years experience in a managerial or supervisory roleFood safety certificate (or willingness to obtain)First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlinesIntermediate computer skills in Microsoft OfficeA strong team-oriented work ethicWhats in it for me?Employee benefit fuel card for discounted fuel and lubricantsPersonal bonus schemeTraining and development programsParticipation in marketing programs with opportunities for overseas study tours (e.g., New Sunrise Conference)More information:For more details, contact Alison Stewart, HR Admin at recruitment@bonneyenergy.com.au.
