We are looking for a driven individual to join our team.About the RoleWe are seeking a full-time permanent Phone Sales representative to join our team at JAS Darwin. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a willingness to learn, and a drive to reach business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to branch phone calls, assisting customers and Account Managers to maximise branch sales.Assist customers at the branch sales counter.Process invoices, credits, and RMAs.Receive and dispatch goods/consign freight in a timely and efficient manner.Undertake stock counts.Maintain goods, pallet racking, and shelving in correct sequence and location.Report incorrect stock levels to the branch manager and other branches.Skills & ExperienceAbility to work in a team to meet KPIs.Well-presented.Experience in automotive electrical parts sales, mechanical workshops, or warehousing would be advantageous.About usBapcor Limited is Australasia''s leading provider of automotive aftermarket parts, accessories, equipment, and services.
