The team is responsible for supporting a safe and healthy work environment through the delivery of injury management, return to work, WorkCover coordination, and broader occupational health and safety services. The team works collaboratively with managers and employees to ensure compliance with legislative obligations and to promote wellbeing across the workforce.About the roleAs an Workplace Health and Safety Support Officer you will provide essential administrative support to the Return to Work and Workplace Health and Safety functions. You will play a key role in coordinating injury management documentation, supporting payroll processes for WorkCover claims, and maintaining data and systems that enable the efficient and compliant delivery of WHS services.A regular day will see you:Responding to Return to Work and WorkCover enquiries and maintaining accurate claims recordsCoordinating injury-related payroll processing and liaising with the Payroll teamAssisting with WHS reporting, training records and document updatesSupporting the WHS team with general administration and system maintenanceAbout youYou are a motivated and organised professional who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
