Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating and managing personal and corporate insolvency mattersProviding specialist advice to clients and internal teamsLeading and briefing staff, allocating tasks, and overseeing performanceApplying deep knowledge of case law and statutory requirementsMonitoring and meeting statutory deadlinesOverseeing asset realisation processesConducting interviews with directors and bankrupt individualsLiaising with financiers, legal professionals, agents, and auctioneersSharing insights on market trends and best practicesReviewing and mentoring junior team membersDesigning and analysing financial models and investigative reportsResolving complex accounting and financial issuesWhat You''ll Bring:We''re looking for a confident leader with a strong technical foundation and a passion for delivering results.
