The project brings together government agencies, non-for-profit partners, a technology partner, lived experience and community groups to co-design and implement ways of working, including a data-sharing application, that enhances safety, coordination, and overall outcomes for families and individuals experiencing family and domestic violence.About The RoleProject Manager, CLEAR will provide high level leadership to the project, ensuring alignment with intended outcomes and sector impact objectives, meeting scope, schedule, budget, risk, reporting and quality parameters. The role will collaborate extensively with Genvis as the key technology partner in the design and configuration of the app as well as juggle high level engagement with a very broad range of stakeholders, incorporating lived experience feedback into the service design. This is a very exciting opportunity to lead and be part of. You will collaborate, facilitate, influence and work towards not only achieving better client and community outcomes but also acquire learnings and insights that will apply to and potentially transform the social services sector.This is 2.5 year max term contract, working 30 hours per week with the role being based out of East Perth. The role provides line leadership to a Project Officer.Skills and Experiences:About YouYou are a seasoned project management professional with a unique blend of skills and experience in the FDV or trauma informed space, extensive stakeholder management, data compliance/governance as well as tech. More specifically, in order to be successful in this role you will have:Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as social work, community development, community services or project managementExceptional ability to develop and maintain highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with a high level and broad range of external stakeholdersWell-developed project management skills and a sound understanding of operational planning processes.Knowledge and experience working with FDV and within trauma informed practiceCredible, engaging communication skills, particularly when presenting to othersA strong track record in working with complexity, including management of multi-agency partnerships to drive outcomesDemonstrated skillset and experience working within data governanceProven experience in data sharing, system interoperability and evaluation.Demonstrated success delivering against key performance indicators and delivering results within agreed timeframes.Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities for innovate, foster a culture of continuous improvement, lead change and be flexible.Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands and work effectively under pressure.Well-developed report writing skillsWell developed financial and budget literacyDemonstrated commitment to integrated service delivery and development of partnerships.You will also need a National Police Clearance current within 1 year and a WA Drivers License.Impact And BenefitsSharing your knowledge, skills and experience, you will make an impact to the lives of families and communities across the state.In return for your drive and commitment, we provide the support of an inclusive and welcoming community which places people at the heart of all the work we do and encourages broad thinking, curiosity, creativity and best practice.Also:-A competitive salary starting with $126k annual salary (pro- rata) plus super12% superannuationIn addition to your remuneration, you will enjoy generous tax-free salary packaging benefits where you can package up to $15,900 per annum and not pay tax on that amount.Flexible, family friendly working conditions3 additional days of leave during the festive periodWhy join us?At Anglicare WA we are all about people, placing people at the heart of our work.
