Serve. mindset on the shop floor connection comes first.Handle complaints with care and turn feedback into fuel for improvement.Lead by example in every interaction be the bar your team wants to reach.Maintain our stores rep as a go-to destination for epic service and strong styling game.Keep your back-of-house running tight: fast stock turnaround, smart space use, and clear systems.Monitor IBTs, report discrepancies, and work with Buying/Area teams to resolve issues fast.Train the team on LP awareness, theft prevention and secure stock handling.Ensure compliance with all policies around cash handling, store variances, and banking procedures.Lead the charge during stocktake with strong prep and follow-through.Keep your store looking next-level always.Execute brand and promotional VM directives with pride and precision.Keep product placement and POS sharp and aligned to commercial goals.Collaborate with Marketing and VM teams on centre activations and brand events.Ensure your team knows the product and the promos inside out.Keep your mannequins styled, your floors full, and your vibe on-brand.
