Join our team as a Quality Compliance Lead Retirement Living and play a crucial role in ensuring high standards of resident safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.About the RoleAs the Quality Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring quality and compliance systems across a portfolio of retirement living communities. Youll work collaboratively with operational leaders, village managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure services align with industry regulations and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with the Retirement Villages Act, Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation, privacy laws, and other regulatory frameworksMonitor legislative changes and communicate key updates to stakeholdersLead audit processes, accreditation reviews, and incident investigationsMaintain and review policies, procedures, and compliance documentationOversee risk assessments and corrective actions to support operational teamsDrive Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives for resident safety and wellbeingProvide training to village managers on regulatory obligations and quality standardsFoster strong relationships with internal teams and external regulatory agenciesAbout YouTo excel in this role, you will bring:Tertiary qualification in Health, Community Services, Quality Management, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 35 years of experience in a similar role within retirement living, aged care, or human servicesExpertise in auditing, compliance management, and continuous improvementStrong knowledge of retirement living legislation and regulatory frameworksExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to support and influence teamsProven ability to manage incidents and drive risk mitigation strategiesAdvanced time management, problem-solving, and organisational skillsNational Police Clearance Certificate (no older than 6 months).Proof of current influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations, as per Amana Living policies.Completion of a pre-employment medical & Reference checksWestern Australia Drivers LicenceWhy Choose Amana Living?Amana Living is one of the largest Aged Care providers in Western Australia and has been responding to the needs of older people and those who care for them since 1962.
