Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Management:Manage and mentor Program Directors to achieve sales targets and professional growth.Responsible for the growth and development of the sales team. This includes identifying training needs, providing coaching, and facilitating professional development opportunities.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team.Formulate and articulate a clear vision for the sales team, aligning it with the companys overall goals. This involves setting long-term objectives and creating a roadmap to achieve them.Leading through change is crucial.
