We promote work-life integration, encourage continuing professional development, and cultivate a culture that values respect, authenticity, and excellence.What you will do:You will play a lead role in advising clients across a broad range of complex commercial property transactions, including:Acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial and retail propertyRetail and commercial leasingProperty structuring and titling arrangementsEasements, covenants, and land use issuesProperty disputes such as encroachmentsLoans and MortgagesGeneral commercial law experience will be viewed favourably, particularly in business sales, corporate advisory or contract drafting. You will be supported by a high-performing team of lawyers, paralegals, and administrative staff, and have access to well-established systems and processes.You will act for a range of clients, including small to medium-sized businesses and have access to established referral networks and a loyal client base.You will work with a high degree of autonomy and will be given full support and every opportunity to develop your own professional profile.What you will bring to our firm:Located in our Maroochydore office, the successful applicant will ideally have: -5-10 years PAE as a commercial property law solicitor, preferably with a recognised Australian firmExceptional communication skillsA client-focused and solution-oriented mindsetStrong commercial acumen and a practical approachA strong work ethic and solid employment historyExcellent drafting, negotiation and communication skillsProficiency with legal practice software and customer relationship management toolsAbility to work autonomously and collaboratively within a teamAn interest in building client relationships and the ability to generate work from the firm''s existing clients, including working with the marketing department to identify potential growth opportunities.This is an outstanding opportunity to build your legal career at the forefront of Sunshine Coast business, in a firm that truly values its people.How To Apply:To apply, select the Apply for this job link and upload a cover letter and your resume.
