Coordinates unit-based schedules for assigned nursing units and ensures that daily staffing is adequate and staff is assigned where needed. Deploys the Companion Float Pool to as needed to the Visual Monitoring Station and unit needs.Minimum QualificationsFormal Education Required:High School diploma or equivalent, Associates degree preferred.Experience & Training Required:One year of related experience. Two years preferredOther Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:Strong Verbal and Communication SkillsAbility to understand staffing and scheduling functionsStrong analytic and organizational skillsKnowledge of timekeeping systems and staffing/scheduling requirementsStrong customer serviceUnderstanding of PC systems, hardware and software.Knowledge of UKG/Kronos scheduling platforms.Level of Physical Demands:Sedentary: exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled$17.26/hr - $20.71/hrThe salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials.
