We are also a proud part of the world renowned Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, working in collaboration to advance research for continuous improvement of clinical care.We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Food Services team.Your OpportunityFood Services interact with staff, patients, relatives and colleagues and their actions and behaviours are guided by patient centred care, unity, and respect.Duties IncludePrepare and deliver meals to patientsEnsure a clean kitchen environment is maintainedLiaise with team leaders and ward staffDeliver and return of all trolleys, food items and utensils from kitchen, wards and other areasStripping of all meal trays and separation of components ready for washingAbout YouBasic Food Handling CertificateCompleted Certificate 3 in Health Patient Services, a PSA, PCA certificate or equivalent Certificate 3 in HealthExcellent work ethic, customer service skills, time management skills and the ability to successfully work in a team environmentAbility to safely use cleaning supplies & equipmentParticipate in a roster and work in an allocated area and other areas as requestedBenefits Of Working At RMHA Values based organisation offering great prospects for career diversity and professional advancement, including training and research opportunities, and access to mentorship and leadership programs.Comprehensive Health & Wellbeing Programs, including Employee Assistance Program.Salary packaging options, onsite car parking, close to public transport.Please click here for the Position DescriptionAll appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Record Check.
