You will build strong relationships with our residents, families and Care Staff contributing the optimisation of resident choice and essentially creating a strong sense of home in accordance with our values supporting our residents quality of life.What You Will DoPreparation and presentation of dietary services, including meals and drinksAssisting the chef with meal preparation, cleaning and general kitchen dutiesDistribution of meals to residents & dining room servicesAll aspects of cleaning throughout the resident rooms and facilityCompleting required documentation and reportingEnsure handwashing supplies are available and replenishedContribute to an effective laundry service including item checking & labellingWhat you will bring:Currently hold an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain) MANDATORYWorking rights in Australia - MANDATORYHospitality or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsCompassion and EmpathyAn understanding of resident rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes (highly regarded but not essential)PresCare: At PresCare, our mission is to provide the highest quality residential aged care in environments that embody the essence of home.
