This role involves managing incoming calls, building sustainable relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and provide an exceptional customer experience. You will also be expected to perform other appropriate miscellaneous office tasks and data entry.
