Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimisation of always-on global performance marketing across: Paid Search (PPC), SEO, Affiliate Marketing Targeted Display and Paid Social (including programmatic and dynamic creative) Manage and inspire a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a high-performance culture grounded in innovation, testing, and data-driven thinking. Partner with the global media agency to develop strategic optimisation roadmaps, ensuring the brand remains ahead of digital trends and platform developments. Own and report on critical performance metrics including ROAS, cost of acquisition, digital market share, and search visibility, delivering clear insights and impact to senior stakeholders. Act as the centre of excellence for performance marketing, advising regional and global teams on execution, innovation, and strategy alignment. Champion structured A/B testing and experimentation programs to drive incremental gains and enhance user experience. Lead the strategic adoption of marketing technology platforms to drive efficiencies in targeting, automation, and campaign delivery. Collaborate closely with Analytics and Martech teams to refine attribution models, improve reporting accuracy, and surface actionable performance insights. Tailor performance strategies to local market dynamics, ensuring regional relevance and alignment with overarching brand goals. Oversee annual budgeting and forecasting for performance marketing, ensuring financial discipline and accountability. Work with Procurement to manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance assessments to ensure commercial effectiveness. Uphold operational excellence and maintain the highest standards of brand integrity and performance across all paid digital campaigns.
