Were looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Safeguarding & Quality Lead to champion client safety, embed a proactive safeguarding culture across our services, and support with quality assurance, and incident response. About the Role As the Senior Safeguarding & Quality Lead, youll play a pivotal role in embedding a proactive safeguarding culture across Sunnyfield. Youll work in close partnership with operational managers and the Safeguarding & Assurance team to implement our Safeguarding Framework, lead our proactive safeguarding work, and support with quality assurance audits, and incident investigations as required. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role where your expertise will directly influence the safety, rights, and wellbeing of people with disability. Youll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, practice and policy development, and capability building across the organisation. What Youll Do Lead the implementation of Sunnyfields Safeguarding Framework. Partner with teams to embed safeguarding practices. Develop training tools and proactive safeguarding initiatives. Monitor compliance with NDIS and Child Safe Standards. Collaborate across services to improve quality and client outcomes. Support with quality audits and investigations into reportable and serious incidents as required. What You Bring 5 years experience in disability, aged care, or similar sectors. Expertise in safeguarding vulnerable people. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. A collaborative, innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Experience in quality assurance and/or incident investigations highly regarded but not essential. A degree in health, social sciences, human services, or law. Why Sunnyfield?
