This is an environment where your ideas are valued, your growth is championed, and your impact is tangible.Responsibilities:As a "Seller-Doer" based in Adelaide, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our clients project portfolio and client relationships.Your core duties will include:Leading and managing multidisciplinary renewable energy and infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities, particularly within the Defence sector, leveraging your technical expertise and local market knowledge.Engaging with key stakeholdersclients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teamsto foster strong partnerships and ensure project alignment with client objectives.Overseeing project compliance with Australian standards, Defence requirements, and environmental regulations, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed industry best practices.Providing technical oversight, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the development of innovative project solutions.Managing project documentation, risk assessments, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborating remotely with interstate colleagues, drawing on national resources while maintaining autonomy in local project delivery.Company CultureOur client offers a supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking work environment where collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything they do.
