You will lead PentenAmio through the next level of growth by developing and implementing business development and sales strategies and nurturing meaningful and authentic relationships with large and complex government customers through demonstrating PentenAmios capabilities.Skills & ExperienceDemonstrated significant experience in developing and implementing successful sales and business development strategies to drive revenue / business growth.Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing business development and sales teamsProven experience in coaching and supporting Executives to develop confidence and capability in sales strategy, customer engagement, and go-to-market decision-making.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a range of external customers and stakeholders across various industries and markets, with particular focus on Government and Defence.Experience being a trusted advisor to Executives on commercial engagement priorities, including preparation for high-stakes customer interactions.Experience fostering a high-performance organisational culture that values innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.Substantial knowledge of technology, cyber, AI and defence related industriesA demonstrable track record of identifying, pursuing and ultimately delivering business or commercial outcomes.Sharp commercial acumen and negotiation skillsIn depth knowledge of the various customer drivers and a detailed awareness of the competitive environment, coupled with experience in performance-based contracting, management and negotiation.Qualifications & EligibilityTo be eligible for this position you must:Be an Australian Citizen; andHold or be able to obtain a Negative Vetting 2 clearance or higher.Relevant tertiary education in degree such as Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Technology, Marketing or Communications.Be Your Best You at PentenAmioPentenAmio is a proud equal employment workplace committed to fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment, reflective of the community in which we live, work and play.
