Reporting directly to the Procurement and Logistics Manager, youll play a key role in ensuring our logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently.In this role, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient planning, movement, and tracking of solar equipment, tools, and materials to support residential and commercial installation projects. Youll directly contribute to operational efficiency, job readiness, and customer satisfaction through effective logistics and warehouse coordination.Please note: This role requires you to be onsite Monday - Friday in our vibrant Byron Bay office located in the industrial estate.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Placing stock orders with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levelsCollecting and reconciling delivery dockets.Coordinating and conducting monthly stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracyScheduling freight pickups and coordinating logistics with third-party providers (3PLs)Requesting and comparing freight quotes to ensure cost-effective delivery solutionsAllocating inventory to work orders for upcoming projects and installationsOrganising warranty-related returns and collections with suppliers or logistics partnersOverseeing day-to-day operations and stock movements within 3PL warehousesWhat You Bring:Previous administration experienceAttention to detailExceptional written and verbal communication skillsQuick critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent customer service and client relations skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsExperience using CRM software (Salesforce)Qualifications and Experience:At least 2 years experience in a similar role (supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory management)Experience in solar, construction, or electrical products preferredFamiliarity with inventory and warehouse systemsTechnically minded and highly skilled with Google Sheets / ExcelYou must be tech-savvy and enjoy solving problems with technology (Salesforce experience a bonus)We Want to Hear From You If Youre:Available full-time to work onsite in our Byron Bay HQLooking to build a career in the Northern Rivers regionSeeking genuine career progression in a rapidly growing organisationWant to work within a rewarding, fast paced, environment with a bunch of legends!We offer a fantastic work-life balance, Monday - Friday hours, and real opportunities to grow within the company.Please note: Screenings and Interviews will be conducted in June with the role commencing beginning of July 2025.
