About the Role As Assistant Park Manager, youll play a key leadership role in daily operations, stepping up in the Park Managers absence and helping guide the team and guest experience. Your responsibilities will include: * Overseeing guest check-ins, bookings, and accounts * Supporting and mentoring staff across departments * Assisting with budget tracking, reporting, and revenue growth * Helping maintain high standards in park presentation, safety, and compliance * Responding to after-hours operational needs as required * Contributing to local marketing and guest engagement About You Youre a confident, results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic, guest-facing role. You take initiative, solve problems proactively, and enjoy working with a tight-knit team. Youll bring: * Proven leadership experience ideally in accommodation, but top-performing managers from other sectors will be highly valued * Strong people skills and team development experience * Budget oversight and basic financial reporting skills * Familiarity with RMS or other reservation systems (a bonus, not a must) * Flexibility for weekend and after-hours shifts * A valid drivers licence and willingness to live on site Ready to Apply?
