Smurfit Westrock is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team!ResponsibilitiesLead Inventory Accuracy : Manage cycle counts using Radius, investigate discrepancies, and ensure precise stock adjustments.Drive Reporting Excellence : Deliver accurate stock reports and resolve allocation issues.Own Stocktakes : Be the go-to coordinator for stocktakesplan, assign, and execute with precision.Support Operations : Step in for Dispatch and Forklift roles when needed.Champion Continuous Improvement : Lead CI projects and foster a culture of innovation.Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with Warehouse, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.Mandatory QualificationsRF Scanning SkillsKnowledge of MIS (Radius or similar)Experience in stocktakes and cycle countingData analysisExperience in Dispatch (preferred)Key RelationshipsInternal: Warehouse Manager, Leading Hand, Warehouse Staff, Production Manager, Operations Manager, Area Leads, Supply Chain/Procurement, FinanceExternal: Transport Companies and External Warehousing.If you have the necessary skills, qualifications, and experience to excel in this role, please apply and attach your resume.Smurfit Westrock is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
