From providing tailored advice to protecting their pride and joy, your expertise will make all the difference.Youll Be Responsible ForHandling inbound calls from fellow enthusiasts and delivering expert advice with genuine enthusiasmHelping customers find tailored insurance cover or update their existing policy whilst making the complex, simpleShare your passion for all things motoring in every conversation and connect authentically with customers about their vehiclesNavigating multiple digital systems efficiently to provide accurate and timely supportUse a balanced scorecard framework to meet achievable performance targets and quality standardsCompleting 7 weeks of comprehensive onsite training to set you up for successWhat Youll BringA well-developed passion for vehicles and the ability to engage authentically and professionally with our enthusiast customer baseStrong customer service experienceClear, confident communication skills with the ability to simplify complex informationStrong technical proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systemsA growth mindset, enthusiasm to contribute to a collaborative team, and drive to achieve personal and team targetsFull commitment to the nominated shift pattern and 7-week training programA suitable home workspace or willingness to set one up for hybrid workingShift OptionsWere currently recruiting for full-time positions in Hobart with the following shift options:Option 1: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week start window between 9am11amOption 2: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week start window between 8am10amOption 3: Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 37.5 hours per week fixed 9am start on Saturday and start window between 8am10am on weekdaysStart window means your rostered start time may vary within the listed hours.
