Job DescriptionCreate your best future and join Westpac as an Associate, GTS Client ServicesWhats the role?As an Associate in the GTS Client Services team, you will be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. You will handle everything from resolving queries to collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. You will act as the primary contact for escalations and complex matters for a portfolio of approximately 50 customers, ensuring timely and competent responses. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvements and support clients outside your portfolio when needed.
