Ideally, your experience will be within metalliferous refining, mining or heavy industry.You will maintain awareness of current and upcoming business activities.You will work closely with internal customers to assist with planning and scoping requirements.Source appropriate and competitive options.Ensure compliance related to contract regulations, legislation and site procedures.You will work a Monday to Friday roster.About youThis position is suited to a self-motivated person with demonstrated professional knowledge of contract and relevant contract law. You will have the confidence and capability to interpret contractual terms/conditions and provide advice related to contractual risk or improvements.Experience in commercial and contractual negotiations.Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritise competing workloads.Ideally, you will have experience with JD Edwards or similar Contract Management System.With a high level of ethics, you will positively represent our company among vendors, contractors and the local community.You enjoy working in a team, can work independently when required and have sound written and verbal communication skills.Relocation will be considered for the right candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
