Chic rooms and suites embrace the iconic attractions just steps away, while the award-winning restaurant and street-front bar are destinations unto themselves.About the role:Reporting to the Director of Outlets, this role balances the day-to-day leadership of the operation and service periods, whilst developing and engaging the team, problem-solving, and delivering results for the business from a people, product, and profit perspective.To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will have a solid track record in high-quality restaurants, a passion for delivering a memorable dining experience, and a hunger for results, by cultivating a team culture that is fun, performance-driven, and constantly evolving.What you will do:Maintain a strong operational presence across all meal serving periods to ensure service standards and the guest experience remain at an optimum.Provide leadership, development, support, coaching, and constructive feedback for the team.Cultivate a culture that encourages people to connect and thrive, allowing space to be themselves, while aligning the team with restaurant goals.Drive performance by setting metrics and benchmarks, identifying ways to improve, and leading with industry trends.Be proactively involved with talent acquisition, including selection and retention efforts to ensure top talent is sought, confirmed, and retained.Develop strong internal relationships across the hotel to ensure solid partnerships that contribute to the restaurant''s success.Drive profitability by closely managing labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, menu engineering, purchasing decisions, and stock control.What you will bring:Three years'' experience in a restaurant leadership role in a 5* hotel or leading restaurant with a high focus on quality and high-volume operations.An authentic, engaging, and strategic leadership style based on identified business priorities.A positive, can-do attitude that demonstrates resilience and maturity, with strong communication skills.A strong understanding of luxury, with a sharp attention to detail and a high focus on service.A collaborative approach that will build strong relations with all hotel departments key to the restaurant''s success.What we offer:Competitive salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package.Excellent training and development opportunities.Complimentary accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.Complimentary dry cleaning for employee uniforms.Complimentary employee meals.If you believe this is the role for you, we would love to hear from you!We review each resume carefully to select those that match the preferred qualifications.
