You will be responsible for applying work management processes and performing maintenance work to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our assets.You will support the Team Leader with work allocation, scoping, and managing the operation work management process. You will provide leadership support during the team leader''s absence, facilitate daily shift start meetings, engage in safety field time, and support people management.About UsWe prioritize asset value maximization through effective asset management practices. Our team is dedicated to delivering safe outcomes and sustainable physical assets through efficient application of our asset management strategy and business plans.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance tasks on mechanical assets to ensure reliability and operational efficiency.Identify defects and provide feedback on asset performance and health via our asset management system.Support defect elimination and contribute to work management analysis and asset tactics reviews.Ensure work management activities follow job instructions and undertake post-maintenance equipment commissioning and clean-up.What You''ll BringTrade qualified Mechanical Fitter with heavy industry experience.Ability to step in and out of the Team Leader role as required.EWP, working at heights, and dogging tickets are desirable.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.Effective communication of maintenance-related information to stakeholders.Ability to collaborate effectively to support maintenance activities.Flexibility to respond to changing maintenance needs.Join our team and contribute to driving value through efficient maintenance operations.
