About the Role As Park Manager, youll lead from the front, taking full responsibility for day-to-day operations, team culture, and the guest experience. This is a varied and rewarding role, perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, service excellence, and delivering results. Key responsibilities include: * Leading a team across reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service * Driving a positive, high-performance team culture * Managing the parks financial performance, including budgeting and revenue growth * Overseeing compliance, safety, and park presentation * Collaborating with internal partners across HR, revenue, and marketing * Handling after-hours responsibilities as required About You Youre a confident and capable leader with a guest-first mindset and the operational experience to drive park performance. Youll bring: * Proven experience in holiday park, accommodation, or hospitality management * Strong financial, budgeting, and business performance skills * Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate staff * Great communication and problem-solving abilities * Familiarity with RMS or similar systems * A valid drivers license Ready to Apply?
