This opportunity will build a strong foundation for a successful and rewarding career.WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ONDocument Management: prepare & update system documents (policies, procedures, forms)Project Support: Support Quality & WHSE-related projectsDatabase Administration: Maintain data in Quality & WHSE databasesContractor Management System: Administer online systems for contractor safety prequalification, chemical management, & SDS accessReporting & Analysis: Compile & analyse dataClient Support: Assist with client questionnaires & qualification submissionsResearch Activities: Research training providers, quotes, & related topicsProcess Monitoring: Perform checks on internal processesSETTING YOU UP FOR SUCCESSQualifications or active study in Business/Quality/WHSE, or similar field.Involvement in academic projects or practical experience in a relevant fieldDemonstrated reliability and a strong work ethicExcellent attention to detail and accuracyOrganised, deadline-driven, and methodical in your approachStrong initiative and ability to work independentlyIntermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)Basic understanding of Quality and Safety principlesClear written and verbal communicationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityAustralian Citizenship or PR requiredWHY BRING YOUR CAREER TO DEMATICThis is an exciting time to join Dematic.
