Are you ready?YOUR ROLEWere looking for Customer Delivery Consultants who are confident in Arabic or Vietnamese to join our high-energy branch located in Liverpool, Sydney, to support our diverse customer base.Youll be the first point of contact for all interactions from new and existing customers. Youll be responsible for identifying customer needs and deliver engaging customer experiences by providing solutions that protect our customers way of life. Youll be delivering exceptional customer experiences through sales and consistently working towards achieving key performance indicators.This is a full-time role, with working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, based at our Liverpool branch. You may also be asked to support nearby locations from time to time, depending on business needs.Starting date for the role is 14th July 2025, with your IAG journey commencing with a comprehensive 8-week induction (fully paid).ABOUT YOUBilingual capability proficiency in English and Arabic or Vietnamese speaking is highly desirable.Ability to build rapport and establish relationships.Previous customer experience, for example, sales, hospitality, or retail.Experience achieving results, meeting targets and exceeding KPIs.A willingness to learn, develop and self-motivate.Solutions focused, with the ability to think critically and analyse specific situations.Ability to quickly learn computer systems and adapt positively to change.ABOUT USIAG is not only the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand, underwriting over $AUD 13 billion of premium per annum, were also a tech and research facility, a hub for climate change experts and a centre of resilience design.
