The specific responsibilities may vary depending on client requirements. You will support Industrial Engineering Managers, Maintenance Managers, or Plant Managers by delivering quality and efficient electrical services during planned maintenance, breakdowns, and new plant equipment installations.The position includes:Leading and managing all aspects of electrical service operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high-quality outcomes. This involves rostering, planning work, and providing after-hours support.Managing a team of 15 Electricians, providing education, coaching, and facilitating operational expectations to drive results through a tailored leadership approach.Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of electrical services to clients.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high satisfaction and project success.Collaborating with senior management to implement and monitor strategic plans and goals.Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards within the electrical services industry.Your BackgroundTo succeed in this role, you will be:Trade-qualified Electrician Required.Possessing a valid A Grade Electrical Licence Required.Proven experience leading projects and coordinating maintenance works in the electrical services industry or a related field within the Australian manufacturing sector.Strong understanding of electrical systems, services, and industry-specific standards.Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.Previous exposure to the Industrial Manufacturing Industry, including FMCG or Heavy Industry sectors.Hands-on experience with high-speed packing machines, conveyors, sensors, and related equipment.Sound knowledge of motor control, basic PLCs, and Variable Speed Drives (VSD).Strong people management skills, proactive, with the ability to build good relationships with technicians and stakeholders.Whats on OfferYou will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different sectors, which will help expand your skill set.
