The Studio is tasked with designing and delivering engaging campaign solutions for our partners and own brands alike; ultimately driving positive ratings and revenue outcomes.This role is strategic and therefore requires an analytical, practical and collaborative working style across a varied range of stakeholders in a number of departmentsWhat does your day to day look like?Lead the Adelaide Studio team through daily operations, workflow optimisation, staff development, and interdepartmental collaboration to drive campaign success.Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery from concept development and pitching to execution and project management, ensuring creative excellence and client satisfaction.Collaborate across Commercial, Content, and Product teams to create, implement, and monetise innovative promotions and audience engagement initiatives.Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive content monetisation, ratings goals, and brand opportunities.Champion a culture of innovation and accountability, ensuring all campaigns comply with legal standards, budget requirements, and industry codes.Contribute to national strategy by working with Studio Leads in other markets to align resources, share workload, support team wellbeing, and maintain accurate reporting.What youll need:6+ years in Media;3+ years in Management of a teamLet us sweeten the deal!Flexible working options to help you balance work and life.Training and development opportunities to help you grow in your careerWellbeing Perks Extra leave for your birthday and volunteering, plus free and discounted concert and footy tickets.
