Your business insight and thought leadership, will enable you to solve high profile, real-world business problems with outstanding results.What you''ll doResponsibilities:Facilitating in-person or remote requirement gathering workshopsWork closely with our clients as a trusted advisor completing analysis and facilitating workshops to understand their problems and form recommendationsEnvisioning and Conceptual Solution designDetailed solution and technical design and implementation of business solutions based on Microsoft 365, with focus on SharePoint, the Power Platform and TeamsOwning work-streams and projects within the team, and taking responsibility for their deliveryProduction of technical and user documentation, and operational hand-over,Providing technical and end user training to both internal and external clients, and Working both on and off-site with clients.What you''ll bring to the teamExtensive experience on Microsoft platforms, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure and the broader Microsoft 365 platform,Application design and delivery experience with the SharePoint platform,Experienced delivering in-person and digitally delivered workshopsAbility to mentor, train and manage junior team members,Ability to manage stakeholders of varying degreesProven ability to write high quality documentationUnderstanding of information architectureAbility to work from own initiative and within a team environment,Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environment,Ability to manage workload and time according to set deadlines,Robust understanding of SharePoint Online and be able to talk at a conceptual level across the M365 suite.About youExperience working on complex engagementsExperience in Enterprise Content Management and SearchExperience with complex SharePoint migrations (including scripting)Agile DeliveryPassionate about SharePoint and Microsoft 365 and emerging technologiesCritical Thinking and Problem-Solving Team playerWe value inclusivity and diversity at Engage Squared.
