Tech Mahindra is seeking a Senior Data Business Analyst (Sydney) to join our team on a full-time basis.Location: SydneyRole: Full-TimeExperience: 7 to 15 yearsJob Description: Senior Data Business Analyst - SydneyRole Overview:We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, analyze data requirements, and support data solutions within our organization.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather, document, and analyze data requirements.Understand and decode complex use cases.Possess hands-on knowledge in Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, Power BI, Python, etc.Translate business needs into data specifications, use cases, and functional requirements.Work closely with data engineers and architects to support data pipelines, ETL workflows, and transformations using Informatica.Perform data profiling, data mapping, and gap analysis using SQL across multiple source systems.Develop and support Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for business insights.Ensure data solutions comply with regulatory, risk, and compliance standards.Contribute to data quality initiatives, including identifying and resolving data issues.Provide insights through data analysis to support strategic decision-making and process improvements.Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to data project delivery in an Agile environment.Maintain clear documentation and support UAT/test validation of data deliverables.Experience in the Australian banking sector and familiarity with Azure is advantageous.If interested, please send your updated resume to: RK00764808@TechMahindra.comPlease share your details:Current CompanyTotal Years of ExperienceRelevant Years of ExperienceCurrent CTCExpected CTCNotice PeriodThanks in advance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
