You will design, automate and optimise reporting frameworks that empower teams with real-time performance data. All whilst supporting strategic planning, governance alignment, and continuous improvement across the infrastructure delivery lifecycle.A Day in the Life at TransgridAs the Project Insights Lead, your work will drive operational excellence across our most critical infrastructure projects. Youll work closely with delivery teams, technical experts, and senior leaders to translate complex system data into clear and importantly actionable reporting. Your typical day might include:Designing and automating performance dashboards in Power BI, aligned to strategic and project-specific needsSupporting governance and assurance frameworks by integrating compliance tracking into system-based reportingLeading user training on reporting tools and digital workspace platformsManaging Power BI, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams environments to support standardised project data and reporting workflowsCollaborating with Infrastructure Delivery teams to align reporting processes with broader business systems and audit requirementsAbout YouYoure an experienced data professional who thrives on transforming data into insights that improve outcomes. You are highly proficient in Power BI and familiar with structured project governance environments, with a strong ability to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
