Our continued success depends on it!Job Title: Clinical Services Manager.Sales Manager/Supervisor: Director, Sales ManagerOverview: The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) will work in conjunction with the Territory Manager, Customer Care team and Market Access team to meet the commercial and clinical needs in their territory for the purpose of increasing referrals and sustaining patients on product. To also conduct Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) Program calls to Insulets customers and gather consented data.ResponsibilitiesPromotes the benefits of insulin pump therapy and sells Omnipod Insulin Management System to providers and patients in group and/or individual sessions or as a continuing education offering. increasing Omnipod adoption in accounts. Partner with accounts to ensure Omnipod is offered as a 1st choice alternative to MDI.Work with TM to achieve/exceed NCS targets for the territoryManages patient trainings with clinics and able to conduct patient training based on business needs of territory and timeliness of training.Working with TM to implement sales & marketing plans at a territory level.Works in conjunction with Sales, Customer Care and Inside sales to achieve sales goals.Ability to explain the patient pathway on how to access Omnipod through private and subscription pathways.Assists with events such as pump clinics, pump support groups, info sessions, in-the office educational events, patient info nights, vendor days, etc.Supports Target Accounts, new and existing accounts and diabetes marketplace partnerships. Build loyalty & trust by delivering meaningful clinical education and value-based discussions. (record calls in Salesforce).Assists with providing regular product demos to patients (In person and virtually).Assists with product training/certification for new and existing Endos, NPs and CPTs as required.Provides Field Feedback/Intel to TM and SLT on field-based training of customers and HCPs.Conduct Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) Program calls to Insulets customers who have commenced or plan to be commenced on Insulets Omnipod products to obtain consent and /or collect PRO data. Following the program process and ensure PRO forms are completed and store the completed forms within Salesforce.Ability to perform administrative duties. Boot stock ordering/event planning with Marketing.Perform other duties as assigned.Education and Experience: Minimum Requirements:Current professional credentials and/or certifications are mandatory: i.e. Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), Registered Dietitian (RD), or Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Dietician or Science specialities.Prior industry/commercial experience strongly preferred. (Minimum or 2 years of experience)Professional and polished presentation skills.Strong interpersonal communications, both oral and written.Self-started who needs minimal direction; extremely flexible, with good business acumen.Strong contributing member of the commercial team.Credibility and contacts within the diabetes community.Proficiency with computers. Physical Requirements:Physical RequirementsValid drivers license required. Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned area. This position requires regular business travel mostly by car within a set geographic region.Overnight travel may be required.
