Join us during an exciting transformational phase.About the Role:Provide franchisees with strategic business guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a great guest experience, sales, and profit growth. Influence franchisees to follow Subways operating procedures and standards. Communicate SMART performance goals, identify growth opportunities, and assist in compliance with franchise agreements.If you believe you''re the right fit, be prepared to be Bold, Empowered, Accountable, and have Fun in a fast-paced environment.Essential Functions:GROW: Impart operational excellence, food safety, and business knowledge. Evaluate restaurants, develop corrective action plans, and review sales performance. Support all sales channels and review franchise portfolios for opportunities.RELATIONSHIPS: Build strong relationships with franchisees and staff. Support franchisees in achieving SMART goals, promote community engagement, and lead training sessions. Coach during peak periods and encourage attendance at meetings and events.NEW STORES / REMODELS / RELOCATIONS: Guide franchisees through openings, remodels, and relocations. Assess readiness, conduct evaluations, and support site selection and planning.SELF-DEVELOPMENT: Complete training programs, participate in meetings, and stay informed about new initiatives to effectively support franchisees.Skills and Abilities Required:Minimum 5 years restaurant leadership experience, with 2+ years in above-restaurant roles.Bachelors degree in Communications, Business, or Commerce preferred.Proven ability to influence franchisees and learn new systems.Customer-focused with a track record of achieving KPIs like sales, profit, and restaurant excellence.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide feedback.Team player with a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, professionally, and adapt to various personalities and situations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
