Job DescriptionSalary: 66,000-80,000Statement of Position ResponsibilitiesOperations Scheduling ManagerReports to: Director of OperationsLocation: 901 W. Main Street, Woodville, Ohio 43469We are seeking a highly organized and driven individual to join our team as an Operations Scheduling Manager. This role supports our growing operations in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with reporting responsibilities to our headquarters in Woodville, Ohio. The position ensures the smooth coordination of scheduling crews and customers, ordering materials, and communicating installations. We seek candidates whose values align with our core principles.Essential Responsibilities:Plan and oversee daily operations of our Ann Arbor Branch.Manage front-end tasks including:Onboarding new installation crews.Ordering and coordinating delivery of roofing materials.Pulling permits as required by local jurisdictions.Scheduling jobs with installation partners.Communicating project timelines and updates with customers.Manage back-end tasks including:Scheduling Quality Control (QC) Inspections post-installation.Conducting picture audits of installation partners and QC Managers.Submitting and managing change orders to ensure accurate job costing and upcharges.Preparing and approving invoices for installation partners.Registering product warranties with manufacturers.Support overall residential operations by understanding cross-functional duties of other Operations Managers to ensure continuity of operations in their absence.Remain accessible by phone after hours to assist with late-day job issues or questions from crews still in the field.Collaborate with team members across departments to maintain seamless project flow from start to finish.Job Qualifications:Experience:3+ years in operations, scheduling, or project coordination, preferably in construction, roofing, or home services industries.Experience working with subcontractors, crews, or installation teams is highly preferred.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.Familiarity with permit processes, material ordering systems, and invoice workflows.Experience with CRM systems.Organizational & Communication Skills:Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact professionally with crews, vendors, and customers.Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.Problem-Solving & Leadership:Proven ability to resolve issues efficiently in a high-paced, field-driven environment.Comfortable making independent decisions and collaborating across departments.Willingness to be accessible after hours to support active job sites.What We Offer:401(k) with matchingHealth insurance: 100% covered for individual / 80% for familyDental insurance: 100% covered for individual / 80% for familyVision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offPlease note: This job description is not exhaustive and duties may change at any time without notice.Freedom Roofing, Windows and Siding LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
