The Willow team is responsible for areas including medication catalogue build, hospital medication lists and dispense logic, label and prescription generation, and prescribing and dispensing workflows. Youll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are safe, efficient, and clinically relevant, using your knowledge of health IT, pharmacy workflows, and clinical terminology.In This Role, You WillApply clinical and pharmacy knowledge to configure and improve digital medication management workflowsSupport the design, documentation, and implementation of Epic Willow configurations, including medication catalogue and dispensing logicCollaborate with project leads and stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure effective solution deliveryAssist in preparing user and technical documentation, including supporting user acceptance testing and training activitiesContribute to process improvement by leveraging business analyst and project coordination skillsAbout YouWe are looking for someone who:Has experience in medication management, pharmacy workflows, or clinical terminology and catalogue buildHolds tertiary qualifications in Health (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, or Health Information Management) or has extensive public health care experienceBrings an understanding of digital health systems and the ability to bridge clinical needs with IT solutionsCan confidently support stakeholders in identifying, documenting, and implementing best practice workflowsHas business analyst and/or project coordination experienceNeed more information?Position DescriptionCheck out our diversity and inclusion commitmentLearn more about our Single Digital Patient Record ProgramWorking at SDPRBenefitsOur people are at the heart of who we are.
