This exciting role will allow you to talk to our customer base through the voice of the brand, each communication driving different results:You will be responsible for:Working both independently, with wider team and internal stakeholders to deliver all aspects of EssilorLuxotticas CRM campaigns.Executing campaigns using both internal and external tools.Customer retention and acquisition campaign targetingSet-up, maintenance and integrity of the campaigns in the databaseExecute and assist in preparation and print coordination of DM activity, including use of internal/external tools to segmentAssist in the documentation and monitoring of the CRM budgetEnsure timely upload, management and reconciliation of acquired customer data from business acquisitions and manage store rebrands from a data perspective.Assist in administration maintenance of CRM support files to ensure data integrity in communicationManagement of the CRM inbox, handling enquiries from the business.Manage and effectively liaise with suppliers and internal customers to ensure program timelines are met.Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient use of funds and timely/accurate budget report updatesCampaign analysis reviewing campaign success and timely reporting on learnings.To be successful, you will have:Exceptional communication skills and a desire to give the best customer service possibleOrganisational, planning and problem-solving skillsProven direct marketing campaign and project management skillsStrong Microsoft Excel and Word skillsStrong negotiating and influencing skills2 years experience in direct marketing/CRM rolesA high attention to detail to ensure quality of information and standard of workProven experience managing internal, external and vendor relationshipsSignificant drive and determination to make things happen by acting on initiativeExperience with SAP CRM Campaign Management and software is desirableExperience with Responsys E email and SMS platformWorking at EssilorLuxotticaA career with EssilorLuxottica will offer you rewarding experiences and the opportunity to develop your skills every day.
