Our business works with Tier one clients to deliver innovative spaces for Dental & Medical Professions. With a focus on maintaining strong client relationships, we are experiencing substantial growth and are seeking additional resources to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery. About the Position You will collaborate with an experienced team including Site Supervisors and report to Project Managers, stakeholders, and the executive team. You will handle a range of commercial projects, with the ability to drive and deliver projects independently while reporting to the Project Manager. Responsibilities Undertake all project and contracts administration required on the project. Deliver projects as per the work program. Manage construction risks and ensure OHS compliance on-site, including inductions. Oversee project expenditure and cash flow. Review documentation and provide commentary. Utilize the company''s Project Management Software System. Communicate effectively via email and the project management system with senior management and stakeholders. Anticipate and address issues proactively when dealing with subcontractors. Skills & Experience A positive attitude and a proactive approach. At least 1 year of commercial project experience or equivalent, such as experience as a Supervisor. Recent experience as a Foreman or Site Manager on commercial or residential projects. Outgoing personality with a ''can-do'' attitude. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects. Strong communication skills with senior management and subcontractors. Demonstrated longevity with previous employers. Ability to conduct toolbox talks and promote safety. Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
