Oversee the entire design process, ensuring brand identity and commercial success. Work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality products. You will also oversee a small team of junior fashion designers.Team Leadership and design & development of seasonal collectionsOversee the full product development cycle, from concept to sampleCreate t-shirt graphics & textile prints (Illustrator & Photoshop required)Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality, fit, and production timelinesResearch trends & manage workflow alongside the Creative DirectorSkills & Experience4+ years of fashion design experience across activewear, swim & accessoriesStrong technical knowledge & creative vision for commercial designExperience managing/leading small teams (please note this role requires you to be hands-on)Expert in garment construction, fabrics, trims & hardwareProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & ExcelGraphic design skills for t-shirt graphics & textile printsStrong leadership and decision-making skills, and can work autonomouslyExcellent time management to meet tight deadlinesEffective stakeholder management and collaborationMust be flexible and adaptable in nature with experience working in fast-paced environmentsHow to applyAll we need from you is an updated CV and portfolio of garments you have designed.Apply here or send us an email info@createcareers.com.auThis is an urgent requirement, so if you are interested in the above, we would love to hear from you!
