Working across a portfolio of brands. We are seeking a conceptual designer Senior Graphic Designer with proven experience to join their studio to work directly with the Graphic Design Manager.The role will act as the brand custodian with the Graphic Design Manger, to make sure all output from the department including their own work is outputted with the end consumer in mind.This role would suit someone with a love of homewares and eye for design. The role will vary week to week from implementing the brand look and feel globally across retail touchpoints including visual merchandising window designs through to POS ticketing and signage. Packaging, logos, EDMs and any other retail (internal and or third party) marketing support - in line with brand guidelines.From concept and creative development to finished art and print production management, the role is focused on delivering brand impact through the implementation of beautiful, added value graphic design solutions.What will I be responsible for?Demonstrate creative flair for design and conceptualising and executional typographic excellence.Manage and create POS material, packaging, digital and other marketing materials from concept through to final artwork.Independently take briefs and develop design jobs from conceptual presentations to final artwork.In-conjunction with internal stakeholders create themed windows, from concept design to final art that inspire and drive customer dwell time.Creates new season guidelines/toolkits and templates.Possess commercial awareness and provide value-added design solutions that maximize brand impact and return on investment.Shows initiative by following up other areas of the business for information as required.Manage creative time, negotiate deliverables, review creative briefs for accuracy and clarity, establish and commit to artwork deadlines.Demonstrate full knowledge of all file types and recommend print processes.Knowledge of international best practice in VM POS, window creative concepts, printed and digital collateral.Update key stakeholders on project progress as required.Demonstrates sound knowledge of retail and online landscape and competitors when outputting creative.What experience you can bring to us?Some great references and an even greater portfolio of work.Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills.Proven ability to show initiative and recommend solutions to briefs.Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.Ability to create strong working relationships within the studio team and wider marketing team.You must also be able to think outside the box, have meticulous attention to detail.Adobe CC and FigmaWhat we can offer you!We want you to join us - Be part of an established yet expanding premium Australian retailer with over 150 stores internationally and growing.We are passionate about our people and their wellbeing - We offer Health & premium benefits. discounted gym memberships and flexible working arrangements.We care about your development - Complete our 6-month tailored induction plan through our Sheridan learning and development programs, product nights, team meetings etc.We think big & have fun - Be part of an open and collaborative company culture with our established social committee, a wellness program that includes weekly meditation sessions, Lunch and Learn'' events and much more.We reward and recognize - 40-70% off on all your new favourite brands such as Bonds, Champion, Bras N Things and of course, Sheridan at exclusive prices.We believe in work life balance - Be part of our summer fun initiative and enjoy a bi-weekly half day off during January-March.CULTIVATING A DIVERSE AND INCLUSIVE WORKPLACEHere at Hanes Brands Australasia, we are focused on cultivating a workplace that is diverse, inclusive and vibrant.
