Join us in breaking barriers to well-being!About The RoleAs Sales Development Manager, youll drive growth across a hospital territory spanning from Sydneys northern metro through Newcastle and into regional areas up to the QLD border.This is more than a sales role, its about creating meaningful partnerships that improve well-being and make a positive impact on people, society, and the planet.Ideally based north of Sydney, youll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, lead strategic initiatives, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative healthcare solutions to life. From researching market trends and building relationships to negotiating contracts and driving projects, youll be at the forefront of shaping how we grow in a purpose-led way.What You Will Do:Drive new customer acquisition and expand business with existing accounts.Plan and optimize territory activities and resources for maximum outcomes.Leverage CRM, Power BI, and internal systems for data-driven decision-making and activity tracking.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and pipeline management.Create persuasive customer proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales with Commercial Excellence support.Collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategies and deliver customer solutions.Provide coaching, mentorship, and support onboarding of new team members.Contribute to broader business projects as needed.Role model Essitys values of Care, Courage, Collaboration, and Commitment.Who You Are:You bring 35 years experience in the healthcare sector, ideally with exposure to state health bodies such as NSW HealthShare. You have a growth mindset, a creative approach to identifying new business opportunities, and the commercial acumen to drive sustainable results. Proactive and self-motivated, you are comfortable working independently across a broad regional territory.
