Were looking for a Course Superintendent who thrives on innovation, meticulous attention to detail, and delivering consistently outstanding playing conditions. Youll be overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our course, leading a team of skilled staff and working closely with the management team to achieve our goals.Your Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the golf course to the highest standards, ensuring optimal playing conditions and standards Lead and develop a team of skilled staff, providing guidance, training and support Develop and implement maintenance plans, budgets and strategies to achieve our course goals Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve course conditions and operations Ensure compliance with environmental best practices and champion sustainability WHS expertiseWhat Youll Bring: Advanced qualifications in turf management, agronomics, horticulture or a related field Minimum 5-7 years of experience in golf course management, preferably at a high-end or championship course Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology (e.g. agronomic software, GPS mapping) Ambition to drive continual improvements and innovationWhat we Offer: A very generous remuneration package (salary negotiable based on experience) Use of a company car and phone Superannuation contributions and 4 weeks annual leave Opportunity to work at a premier golf course with a talented team Supportive club management committed to professional development A vibrant inclusive club environment with active member engagementApplications:If youre a motivated and experienced golf course superintendent looking for a new challenge, please send your resume and a compelling cover letter via the tab below.
