Were looking for a self-motivated, strategic thinker to take full ownership of our Trade Lighting and Electrical Accessories categories leading the product journey from concept to commercial success.In this role, youll drive the strategy, development, and performance of a product portfolio thats essential to our trade channel. This is your opportunity to lead meaningful work, collaborate cross-functionally, and have a real impact on product and customer outcomes.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through to end-of-life.Develop and execute category strategies that align with business and customer goals.Define range architecture, manage pricing, and lead range reviews.Identify new opportunities through trade engagement, market research, and competitor insights.Manage relationships with local and international suppliers and manufacturers.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Training teams to build effective go-to-market plans, campaigns, and product launches.Continuously review product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to improve outcomes.About You5+ years in product management, ideally within lighting or electrical categories.Strong understanding of trade and wholesale channels, particularly in the Australian/NZ market.Proven ability to lead full product lifecycles and deliver results.Strong commercial and analytical skills data-driven and outcome-focused.Confident stakeholder engagement across Marketing, Engineering, Stores, and Suppliers.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset driven to own and improve every product you touch.BenefitsTo reward you for your efforts, we offer a competitive salary package, paid birthday leave and well-being days, generous product discounts, and the opportunity to purchase shares through the Beacon Lighting share scheme.Based in our beautiful, purpose-built offices Nunawading this role also offers the security of on-site parking, as well the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements.
