Change Manager Technology Transformation 12-month FTC with possible extensions $140k$150k + Super Sydney CBD or Central Coast location Hybrid 3 days in office Were seeking an experienced Change Manager to support two high-impact, enterprise-wide technology transformations: a greenfield ERP (SAP S/4HANA) implementation and a Warehouse Management System (WMS) rollout. This is an exciting opportunity to shape business-critical change across finance, supply chain, distribution, and warehousing functions within a dynamic global organisation. About the Role In this cross-functional role, youll be responsible for planning and delivering the change strategy across both transformation programs. You will play a pivotal role in driving user adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, and trainingensuring employees are well-supported throughout the journey and that business benefits are realised. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end change management plans across enterprise-wide technology transformation projects Lead effective stakeholder engagement to build alignment, manage expectations, and address concerns Design and implement communication strategies to ensure consistent and timely messaging to all impacted audiences Develop and deliver targeted training programs and materials to support user readiness and adoption Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to inform planning and decision-making Work collaboratively with project teams, business units, and vendors to embed change effectively Monitor change adoption, gather feedback, and make adjustments to support sustained outcomes About You Proven experience in delivering change management for large-scale technology transformation projects Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and training development/delivery skills Ability to work across complex organisational structures with multiple stakeholder groups Experience working in ERP project environments is highly advantageous Confident, collaborative, and solutions-focused, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred Whats On Offer Opportunity to lead change on two business-critical transformation initiatives Supportive and collaborative team culture Flexible hybrid work model work from Sydney CBD or Central Coast 12-month contract with potential to extend If you''re passionate about delivering effective change and enabling business transformation, apply now and help shape the future of a global organisation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
