The role focus on providing consultative support by building value propositions for the customer, manage and build customer contacts and be the focal point for relationship strategies, sales plans, proposal strategies, and contract negotiations, for pursuits in play.Key Responsibilities:Achieve Sales Orders Annual Operating Plan (AOP) quota targets (Orders, Rev/GM and Profit) by closing sales while adhering to pricing and sales policiesEngage with customers and other intermediaries at all levels in any organization to target major pursuits to gain competitive and secure major project workDevelop new customer relationships, calling at all levels including senior level of target customer organizationContinuously identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support building value propositionBuilding pipeline of good networks and serving holders with new opportunitiesAccurate forecast of orders and growth opportunitiesKey Capabilities and Experience:Bachelor''s degree in business or related field5 years of business to business selling experienceBuilding Services (BMS, Security and Controls) industry experience would be highly advantageousUnderstands customers'' decision-making processes, buyers, and influencesCustomer engagement at senior levels; proven experience prospecting for opportunitiesDemonstrated previous customer acquisition experienceExperience working in a multi-national, highly matrixed organizationProven track record developing new customers/ partnershipsEstablishing and building credibilityStrong ability to develop and sustain customer relationshipsClearly articulate value and demonstrate how solutions map to a customers'' needsCompelling presentation and communication skillsIndustry and market knowledgeAbility to travel around East Coast when requiredHolds NV1 Clearance or able to get NV1 ClearanceWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
