They offer a range of outstanding benefits designed to promote well-being, work-life balance, and professional growth, including:9-Day Fortnight - Enjoy a full-time salary while working just nine days every two weeks.Salary Packaging - Maximise your take-home pay with generous salary packaging options.Loyalty Leave - Additional leave entitlements to reward long-term commitment.Paid Parental Leave - Support for growing families with paid time off.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Free, confidential counselling and support services.Free Uniforms - Provided at no cost to ensure comfort and professionalism.Benefits Partners - Access to exclusive discounts and offers through our partner network.Professional Development - Ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow your career.DescriptionReporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include:Accurately process fortnightly payroll within required time-frames (Chris 21)Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all changes are properly authorised and documented.Complete end-of-month payroll processing, reporting, and reconciliations.Respond to payroll-related enquiries and prepare correspondence in line with policies and legislation.Manage payroll system data for new hires, changes, and terminations.Administer the payroll kiosk system, including leave applications and related data.Liaise with the salary packaging provider to support employee benefits.Process invoices and client expenditure reimbursements in a timely manner.Support the Finance team with administrative tasks and continuous improvement initiatives.ProfileExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.Strong understanding of employment legislation (e.g. PAYG, Superannuation, Fair Work Act).High level of computer literacy, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and payroll systems.Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accountability.Job OfferHighly competitive remuneration package + salary packaging9 day fortnight with full pay!Initial 12 month fixed term contract with opportunity for extension / permFantastic workplace cultureTo apply online please click the ''Apply'' button below.
