With a strong commitment to client outcomes and an inclusive, collaborative culture, they are focused on delivering high quality services and driving their brand forward.About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position based in Adelaide, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. The marketing function is key to the firms ambitious growth plans and as youll be passionate about delivering impactful marketing outcomes.The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in delivering high quality marketing support, from managing digital platforms and website updates to designing visually compelling marketing materials.You will also support client events, bids and proposals, and sponsorships, using your excellent communication and organisational skills to bring everything together seamlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesDesktop Publishing & Graphic Design: Create and implement marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint.Bids and Proposals: Support the preparation of capability statements and tender responses, ensuring brand consistency and attention to detail.Website Maintenance: Update and optimise the firms website, including news, profiles, and deal showcases; apply basic SEO techniques.Digital Campaigns: Support digital marketing efforts and ensure strong online brand presence.Photo Shoots: Coordinate internal and external photography sessions in line with brand guidelines.Client Events & Sponsorships: Assist in organising events, including logistics, catering, signage, presentations, and promotional materials.What Youll BringExperience in a marketing and communications or administration role within a professional services environment.Strong desktop publishing skills and experience with marketing collateral production.High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, email marketing software, and basic HTML/CSS for web editing.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).A collaborative, proactive approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Why Join?Work in a collaborative and high-achieving team.Develop your skills with variety and creativity every day.Flexible, people-focused culture.Be part of a firm that truly lives its values: Integrity, Courage, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.How to ApplyInterested?
